The AMC AV81 series of audio/video preamplifier offers a multitude of options to suit everyones needs. Ranging from the no nonsense AV81, to the Dolby ProLogic AV81-HT for Home Theater surround sound systems, to the AV81HT-THX featuring the Lucas Arts THX approved circuitry. The unit is a model of simplicity with just the minimum of knobs and buttons to control the unit. Equiped with its own SPl meter an internal test-tone generator and a microphone, one can easily set speaker levels in a Home Theater environment.
